For 22 years I worked for an international sealing technology company, in engineering, technical sales, service, business development and leadership. I stood in refineries and power plants, worked with operators and machine manufacturers around the world, led teams and helped shape strategy.
One insight grew stronger over the years: business is always about people.
Behind every strategy and every decision there are motives, values, fears and hopes.
That is why I combine my business experience with systemic coaching and value-oriented consulting.
